Apparatus for testing circuits boards with or without components mounted thereon having contact pins acted on by spring elements

The apparatus (10) has a plate structure (36) of several stacked plates with guide bores in which longitudinally moveable contact pins (13) are inserted. One plate is a transformer circuit board (17) which forms electric contacts between the contact pins and conductive tracks on the circuit board so that the pins can be connected to a tester. The bores have conductive walls to make the connection. A separate housing has a plate with spring elements (14). These act on the ends of the contact pins opposite the contact tips. Es handelt sich um eine Vorrichtung zum Prüfen von bestückten oder unbestückten Leiterplatten (11) mit axial bewegbar gelagerten Kontaktstiften (13). Diese druckfederbeaufschlagten Kontaktstifte (13) sind einerseits mit Kontaktstellen (12) einer zu prüfenden Leiterplatte (11) und andererseits über eine Umsetzer Leiterplatte (17) mit einem Tester (24) in Verbindung bringbar. Dabei sind die Kontaktstifte (13) in Durchgangsbohrungen (51) mehrerer planparallelen Platten axial bewegbar gelagert. Die Kontaktstifte (13) haben in den metallisierten Führungsbohrungen (19) der Umsetzer Leiterplatte (17) elektrischen Kontakt und stellen somit einen elektrischen Kontakt zur Umsetzer Leiterplatte (17) her. Ferner sind den Kontaktstiften (13) Federelemente (14) zugeordnet, die in separaten Federbohrungen (32) in einer separaten Platte (34) untergebracht sind.
