Zusammenfassung: | The bar has an ultrasonic sensor device (12) for acquiring the ultrasonic path length between the device and an outer circumference of a cleaning cloth roll (10) which is arranged in a support unit. The device determines the cloth level of the roll, by ultrasound, from the acquired path length. The device has a measuring area which is adjustable with an adjusting gage, where the cloth levels are simulated in the area. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method for measuring a cloth supply on a cleaning cloth roll, where the cloth supply is determined by ultrasonic sensor device (B) a method for adjusting the measuring area of the ultrasonic sensor device.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Waschvorrichtung (2) für eine Druckmaschine (4) weist eine Ultraschallsensoreinrichtung (12) zum Erfassen eines Tuchniveaus einer Reinigungstuchrolle (10) auf. Die Ultraschallsensoreinrichtung (12) hat vorzugsweise einen einstellbaren Messbereich, der beispielsweise mit einer Messbereichseinstelllehre, von welcher mindestens zwei verschiedene Tuchniveaus simulierbar sind, einstellbar ist. |
