An electrical switch (15) temporarily contacts the conductor such that current flow in the conductor is switched on/off. An electrical module is connected to the resistance and the switch. Information from an external unit, which is generated inside the device, controls the switch. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for electrical monitoring and regulation of a battery condition.
