Zusammenfassung: | The connecting rod has a big end bearing opening (3) containing a bearing surface (6). This is made by thermal spraying, applied directly onto the material of the connecting rod itself. The big end bearing opening has an elliptical internal cross section with the major axis lying in its plane of separation and the minor axis at right angles to it. The bearing layer (6) comprises two sliding bearing materials of differing hardness, which are separated radially. The process is wire-arc-spraying or laser-wire-spraying. During surface-processing of the layer, the elliptical cross section is produced by elastic deformation of the big end opening. It is produced during surface processing by introduction of force toward the connecting rod screws which are at right angles to the plane of separation. Force is introduced in the direction of the screw axes (8) by reduced tightening during surface processing and by increased tightening during final assembly of the connecting rod. The elliptical cross section is produced by introducing force in a direction at right angles to the connecting rod screws. An independent claim IS INCLUDED FOR the method of manufacture.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pleuelstange (1) für eine Hubkolbenbrennkraftmaschine mit einer Lagertragschicht (6) in einem großen Pleuelauge (3), die durch ein thermisches Spritzverfahren direkt auf dem Pleuelgrundwerkstoff hergestellt ist. Das große Pleuelauge (3) weist einen zitronenförmigen Querschnitt auf, wobei eine große Achse des zitronenförmigen Querschnittes in einer Teilungsebene des großen Pleuelauges und eine kleine Achse senkrecht dazu angeordnet sind.
