The device has a switching unit (15) connected to a mobile telephone (13) and a storage medium. Specific time and position dependant information content, for radio cells, are held in the medium. The information is transferred on a display of the telephone using a transducer (24) in the telephone. The transducer is activated as a function of location of the radio cell and the activation is detected by the switching unit. Die Informationsinhalte (16, 17, 18, 19) sind durch einen Wandler (24) auf das Display (14) des Mobiltelefons (13) übertragbar und der Wandler (24) ist in Abhängigkeit von der Örtlichkeit der Funkzelle (23) aktivierbar und die Aktivierung ist von der Vermittlungseinheit (15) erfassbar.
