Zusammenfassung: | A metal component(3) is pressed onto a plastic profile(2) and the metal part is heated. A coupling agent(4) pre-applied onto the metal component on the plastic profile facing side is activated during the heating stage to bond both parts together. The plastic profile(2) is preheated before heating the metal component(3) and the metal component is pressed onto the profile at 1-3, preferably 2 bar. Heating(7) of the metal component is by an induction coil through which the metal component moves at 0.5-5, preferably 1.5 m/minute. The metal component comprises a metal strip 0.1-1mm, preferably 0.4mm thick. Following activation of the coupling agent(4) the composite product is stored for a period at 90[deg]C in an atmosphere with 80% relative humidity.
