Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur enzymatischen Synthese von Zuckeracrylaten sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung polymerer Zuckeracrylate, die nach diesem Verfahren erhältlichen Polymere und deren Verwendung zur Herstellung von beispielsweise Kosmetika, Pharmazeutika, Waschmittel, Verdickern, Schutzkolloiden, Superabsorbern und Textilschichten.
