Zusammenfassung: | The fermentative production of acyl-depsipeptide A (IA) and acyl-depsipeptide B (IB) is effected in an aqueous nutrient medium (A) containing a simple assimilable carbon source, a complex assimilable carbon source and an assimilable nitrogen source. The fermentative production of acyl-depsipeptide A (IA) and acyl-depsipeptide B (IB) of formulae (I; Q = H; R = trans, trans, trans-CO-CH=CH-CH=CH-CH=CH-CH3) and (I; Q = H, R = trans, trans, trans-CO-CH=CH-CH=CH-CH=CH-CH3) respectively is effected in an aqueous nutrient medium (A) containing a simple assimilable carbon source, a complex assimilable carbon source and an assimilable nitrogen source. An Independent claim is also included for the new compounds acyl-depsipeptide K (IK), acyl-depsipeptide L (IL) and acyl-depsipeptide N (IN), of formulae (I; Q = H; R = trans, trans-CO-CH=CH-CH=CH-CH2CH2-OH), (I; Q = Me; R = trans, trans-CO-CH=CH-CH=CH-CHO) and (I; Q = Me; R = trans, trans-CO-CH=CH-CH=CH-CH3) respectively.
