An aqueous cosmetic agent comprises (in wt.%): (a) an anionic surfactant (2-60); (b) a nonionic surfactant (0.5-30); (c) an amphoteric surfactant (0.25-20); (d) a hair-conditioning polymer (0.025-10); (e) a copolymer (0.01-15); (f) a modified starch derivative (0.01-10); (g) thickener (0.05-5); and (h) additives. An aqueous cosmetic agent comprises (in wt.%): (a) an anionic surfactant (2-60); (b) a nonionic surfactant (0.5-30); (c) an amphoteric surfactant (0.25-20); (d) a hair-conditioning polymer (0.025-10); (e) a copolymer (0.01-15); (f) a modified starch derivative (0.01-10) with ester and/or ether units and formed by oxidative, acidic or enzymatic (alpha-amylose) degradation (optionally together with hydroxypropylation) from cereal or tuber starches such as those from potatoes, maize, rice or tapioca/manioc; (g) thickener (0.05-5); and (h) additives.
