Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The device has a resonant chain of electromagnetic hollow volumes that resonant at approximately equal frequencies, a coupling hollow volume coupled to at least two adjacent intermediate resonant hollow volumes and at least two probes for independent insertion into coupling volumes to alter the distribution of electromagnetic fields. The beam energy is varied from a value with both probes inserted to values with one or other probe inserted. The device has a resonant chain of electromagnetic hollow volumes (16,18) in series that resonant at approximately equal frequencies, a coupling hollow volume (34) coupled to at least two adjacent intermediate resonant hollow volumes and at least two probes (56) for independent insertion into coupling volumes to alter the distribution of electromagnetic fields. The beam (12) energy is varied from a value with both probes inserted to a value with one probe inserted and another value with the other probe inserted.
