Independent claims are included for the use of (I) for the preparation of medicaments for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases and medicaments containing (I) and pharmaceutical auxiliaries. Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung der unter dem Namen Galiella-Lacton bekannten Substanz als Arzneimittel, insbesondere zur Behandlung von entzündlichen Prozessen.
