Zusammenfassung: | A first solid plastic layer (18) is moulded against the surface of an electroformed tool and then a second expanded plastic layer (14) is formed onto the first layer. The inner surface of the second layer is shaped either by a tool punch or a plastic carrier (16) which remains as part of the molding. All molding, forming and demolding parameters can be influenced during the process stages. An Independent claim is made for a tool for producing a twin slush skin product (20) including outer (10) and inner (16) parts for forming the outer and inner contours of the product with a space between for expanding one (14) of the material layers and various means for influencing the parameters of the various process stages.
