The element comprises one or more noise-absorbing mats which are incorporated into a concrete shell without leaving any voids. Das schallabsorbierende Element besteht aus einer schallabsorbierenden Matte, die von einer dünnen Betonschale mit Textilbewehrung allseitig und mit Verbund zu dieser umschlossen ist. Die Betonschale enthält auf der Absorbtionsseite Lochungen, durch die der auftreffende Schall in die dahinterliegende schallabsorbierende Matte, z. B. Steinwollmatte hindurchtreten kann. Auf der schallabgewandten Seite ist die Betonschale bevorzugt geschlossen.
