Zusammenfassung: | To separate concentrated solids from liquids, for their removal, the soiled liquid is collected in a hollow cylindrical separation zone between a cylindrical vibrator and a cylindrical sieve. Air bubbles are introduced directly before or during the separation action to carry the solids upwards, and any collected matter is scraped from the sieve. The assembly to separate concentrated solids from liquids has porous units (9) of sintered metal at the base (8) of the vibration filter, to give a fine distribution of compressed air into the separation zone (3) of the filter. Or the air is formed into micro-bubbles assisted by cavitation. In the separation zone, the solid matter clings to the bubbles, to be detached from the inner surface of the sieve (7) by a rotating scraper (15), powered by a motor (16) through a drive ring (17).

Gegenstand der Erfindung sind ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Austragen von feinen Feststoffen aus Flüssigkeiten, die in einem Ringspalt eines Vibrationsfilters, der zwischen einem sich um seine Achse kreisförmig beweglich angeordneten zylindrischen Vibrator und einem fest eingespannten zylindrischen Sieb gebildet wird, aufkonzentriert werden. DOLLAR A Erfindungsgemäß werden in die einströmende feststoffbelastete Flüssigkeit oder unmittelbar von dem Ringspalt Luftblasen zur Unterstützung der Bewegung der aufkonzentrierten Feststoffe zum oberen Austrag hin eingeleitet.
