Sensoranordnung

A hybrid circuit (8) can be attached at a measurement diaphragm of a pressure measurement cell (6). Electronic connections (9,10) are provided between the hybrid circuit and the sensor circuit and an earth connection to the housing (2,3) of the sensor arrangement (1).
