Excavator boom in two arm parts has open-topped jaw pockets on machine-connected arm for selective engagement by pins on tooled arm part

The two parts of the arm (2,3) box together in fork form, the part (2) joined to the machine having jaw pockets (5,6) opening upwards at the arm rim. The rocker lever (7) is slotted to the bottom pin (9) and the associated jaw pocket (6) is fitted with a hooked nose (10) which swings the lever into the locking position until the lever swings back open (14) on release. The tooled arm part (3) has a fork and two sideways pins (8,9) at its abutment connection face to engage the jaw pockets (5,6) on the machine-connected arm part (2). The bottom pocket (6) is set back from the top pocket (5) as much as the pin (9) is set ahead of pin (8). One or other pin is extended cylindrically alongside the pocket seat as coaxial setdown for the lever (7). Eine mit einem geteilten Auslegerarm 1 ausgerüstete Baumaschine ist mit einer Schnellwechselverbindung ausgerüstet, die ein schnelles und von Handarbeit freies Ineinanderfädeln der beiden Teilarme 2, 3 ermöglicht, die gabelförmig miteinander verschachtelt ausgeführt sind. Der die Sperrstellung 13 sichernde Kulissenhebel 7 weist die Form eines Keilhebels 18 auf, der über die Hakennase 10 der Maultasche 6 in die Sperrstellung 13 hineingeschwenkt wird. Beim Lösevorgang schwenkt er aus dieser Sperrstellung 13 in die Öffnungsstellung 14, weil die Maultaschen 5, 6 und die Kragzapfen 8, 9 entsprechend versetzt zueinander angeordnet und der schräg stehende Keilhebel 18 auf der Hakennase 10 liegend in die Öffnungsstellung 14 hineinschwenkt.
