and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, especially formula in which:
Z to Z denote a nitrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted carbon atom,
R and R denote a hydrogen atom or an alkyl, alkylaryl, alkylcarbonylalkyl, alkylcarbonylaryl, alkylcarbonylheteroaryl, cycloalkyl, carboxyalkyl, acyl or nitro radical, or R to R can together form a bond denoted by a group X;
R denotes a hydrogen atom or an alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, alkylaryl, hydroxyalkyl, alkylheteroaryl, mono-, di- or tricycloalkyl, alkylamino, N-alkylalkylamino, alkylcarboxyalkyl, acyl, alkylthio (or sulphinyl, or sulphonyl)alkyl, alkylthio (or sulphinyl or sulphonyl)aryl, alkylthio (or sulphinyl or sulphonyl)heteroaryl, alkylthio (or sulphinyl or sulphonyl)alkylaryl, alkylthio (or sulphinyl or sulphonyl)alkylheteroaryl, haloalkyl, cyanoalkyl, N- alkylarylalkylamino, N-alkyl-N-alkylarylalkylamino, N,N- dialkylalkylamino, alkylpiperazinyl, alkylpiperidinyl or alkylmorpholinyl radical;
X denotes -(CHR )n-(CHR )m- or -CR =CR -;
R and R denote a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl, aryl or heteroaryl radical,
R denotes a hydrogen atom, a -CH2OH radical, a -CH2Cl radical or a (-CH2-)10 methylene radical;
R may form a bond with R in the case where R denotes a methylene (-CH2-) radical and itself (R ) denotes a bond;
