Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:In the present invention there is disclosed a concentration process of substances with low volatility including extraneous, organic and other toxic substances in water and aqueous solutions by making use of liquid-liquid extraction, where a water sample is dispersed to droplets in a continuous layer of an organic solvent, whereby this layer is either static or counter-currently circulation and its volume ratio to volume of the water sample is within the range of 1 : 20 to 1 : 150. The apparatus for making the process comprises an extraction column with inner equipment consisting of vibrating plates (7) with perforations, which column is at the upper end provided with a settling tank (2), whereby the vibrating plate (7) perforation consists of holes having circular walls with degree of taper within the range of 0 to 45 degrees and diameter of cylindrical holes or diameter of the smaller base of the conical holes is within the range of 2 to 5 mm, whereby the wider base of the conical holes is on the vibrating plate bottom side and specific open space of these holes forms 8 to 20 percent of the vibrating plate surface and the distance between adjacent vibrating plates is within 10 to 100 mm and the plates are made of material that is preferably wetted with an organic phase or they can be of metal and their surface is covered with a layer enabling wetting thereof with the organic phase.
