Zusammenfassung:A potentiometric sensor for determining cysteine concentration consisting of the sensor body (1) in which there is an electrically conductive contact pin (2), which is in electrical contact with the base electrode (3), made of a chemically indifferent material. On the base electrode (3) there is a layer (4) of polymer (Co) 5,15-bis(2-aminophenyl)-2,8,12,18-tetraethyl-3,7,13,17-tetramethylporphyrin. The base electrode (3) is preferably made of platinum, gold, graphite or vitreous carbon. An argent chloride electrode can be used as a reference electrode.
