Zusammenfassung: | The coating composition consists of potassium water glass with a content of 5 to 15 % by weight of silicic oxide and colloidal silicic oxide containing 5 to 15 % by weight, and 2.5 to 20 % by weight, 50 % styrene acrylate dispersion, 20 to 30 % by weight of calcium, dolomite, magnesite or their mixes, 10 to 20 % by weight of aluminium silicate, alkaline metals, alkaline earths and magnesium, 0.1 to 15 % by weight of organic white and colour pigments, 0.2 to 1 % by weight of water-repellent additives based on silanes or polyorganosiloxanes. The process of production is based on the mixing of 15 to 30 % by weight of potassium water glass and 25 to 20 % by weight of styrene acrylate dispersion with 30 to 40 % by weight of inorganic additives and pigments with a low quantity of surfactants, thickeners, defoamers and water-repellent additives to the coating composition by dry weight of 50 to 60 %, which, before use, is mixed with 20 % by weight of colloidal silicic oxide at a concentration of 20 to 30 % by weight. With two-park coating compositions, before use, a powdered mixture of inorganic additives and pigments is mixed, possibly with a hardening accelerator, with a solution of potassium water glass, colloidal silicic oxide, styrene - acrylate dispersion, water-repellent additives and a non-ionic surfactant to a coating composition by dry weight of approximately 50 %. |
