Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The proposed process for producing hybrid constructional elements formed by a compact fundamental body (1) and at least one plastic part (3) attached thereto is characterized in that said compact fundamental body (1) is primarily put into a mold and then a monomeric system with defined rheological properties is introduced therein during the reactive injection molding (RIM) process. The monomeric system can be either polyamide-6 or polydicyclopentadiene. The polyamide-6 monomeric system is introduced into the mold at a viscosity of 200 to 30 000 mPa.s and at a temperature ranging from 80 to 120 degC, while said polydicyclopentadiene monomeric system viscosity ranges within 100 to 800 mPa.s and temperature thereof at the injection ranges from 20 to 100 degC. The monomeric system fills up within 1 to 40 second the cavity of the mold, the wall of which is heated to the temperature of 120 to 190 degC when the polyamide-6 monomeric system is used or 20 to 100 degC when the polydicyclopentadiene monomeric system is used. Due to polymerization, taking place directly within the mold, at least one plastic part being coupled with the fundamental body is formed, whereupon the finished constructional element is removed from the mold having temperature of from about 130 to about 180 degC.
