Aqueous liquid cleansing and moisturizing composition and process for preparing thereof

Vodný kapalný cisticí a zvlhcovací prostredek obsahující a) povrchove aktivní látku zvolenou z aniontových, neiontových, zwitteriontových a kationtových povrchove aktivních látek, mýdla a jejich smesi; b) prospešnou látku zvolenou ze silikonových oleju, prírodních pryskyric a jejich modifikací; tuku a oleju (vcetne prírodních tuku a oleju); ztužených oleju; syntetických mono-, di- a triglyceridu; vosku; hydrofobních rostlinných extraktu; úhlovodíku; vyšších mastných kyselin; vyšších alkoholu; esteru; esenciálních oleju; lipidu; vitamínu a alkylesteru vitamínu; ochranných faktoru proti UV zárení; fosfolipidu; a jejich smesí, pricemž prospešná látka je schopná tvorit agregované cástice; a c) kationtový polymer. V tomto prostredku tvorí kationtový polymer 0,05 až 3,0 % hmotnostních a prospešná látka je v nem prítomna ve forme agregovaných cástic skládajících se z 5 až 5000 jednotlivých cástic. Pri výrobe tohoto prostredku se kationtový polymer predem disperguje v nevodné kapaline, nebo ve vodném roztoku, jehož hodnota pH je alespon 10, a predbežná disperze se potom disperguje ve vodném kapalném prostredku. In the present invention, there is disclosed an aqueous liquid cleansing and moisturizing composition comprising: a) a surface active agent selected from anionic, nonionic, zwitterionic and cationic surface active agents, soap and mixtures thereof; b) a benefit agent being selected from the group consisting of silicone oils, gums and modifications thereof, fats and oils (including natural fats and oils), waxes, ; d) hydrophobic plant extracts; e) hydrocarbons, higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, esters, essential oils, lipids, vitamins and vitamin alkyl esters, sunscreens, phospholipids and mixtures of any of the foregoing components, wherein the benefit agent is present as aggregated particles; and c) a cationic polymer characterized in that the cationic polymer is present in the composition at levels of 0.05-3.0 percent by weight, and the aggregated particles are comprised of 5-5000 individual particles. There is also disclosed a method of preparing the above-indicated composition wherein the cationic polymer is predispersed in a non aqueous liquid or an aqueous solution which has a pH of at least 10, which is then dispersed in the aqueous composition.
