There is further described a process for preparing a benzylsulfide derivative, which preparation process is characterized by reacting the compound of the general formula IV or the compound of the general formula VI with the compound of the general formula V1 or the compound of the general formula III with the compound of the general formula V2. Described is also a pesticidal agent containing as active component the above-indicated benzylsulfide derivative.
