Vaccine against dermatophytosis and process of its preparation

Trichophyton rubrum CCM 8291, jejich vz jemn² pom r ve v²sledn m produktu je d n vztahem a.sub.1.n.:a.sub.2.n.:a.sub.3.n.:a.sub.4.n. = 2 a 10 : 1 a 5 : 5 a 30 : 2 a 10, p°i em celkov² po et vegetativn ch forem v ech vakcina n ch kmen je minim ln 10 milion na 1 ml vakc ny.\ In the present invention there is disclosed a vaccine against dermatophytosis based on combination of vaccination species of dermatophytes of the Trichophyton strain in a formaldehyde solution. The invented vaccine contains at least three of the following four species: ai1) Trichophyton verrucosum CCM F-765 ai2) Trichophyton verrucosum CCM 8166 ai3) Trichophyton mentagrophytes CCM 8290 and ai4) Trichophyton rubrum CCM 8291, the mutual ration of which in the resulting product is given by the relationship ai1:ai2:ai3:ai4 = 2 to 10 : 1 to 5 : 5 to 30 : 2 to 10. whereby the total number of the vegetative forms of all the vaccination species is at least 10 millions per 1 ml of the vaccine.
