The assembly consists of a pedal lever (4) shaft (2) and a converter (11). Said pedal lever (4) shaft (2) is coupled with an input shaft (7) of a planetary transmission (8) and said converter (11) is coupled with output shaft (10) of said planetary transmission (8). Said pedal lever (4) shaft (2) is coupled with the planetary transmission (8) input shaft (7) by means of a coupling chain (5), a belt or a toothed wheel, or said pedal levers (4) are secured directly to said planetary transmission (8) input shaft (7). A shaft (2) with pedal levers (4) secured thereto passes through the planetary transmission (8) center. Said converter (11) is either a sprocket wheel, a belt pulley of a toothed wheel.
