| Zusammenfassung: | In the present invention there are disclosed piperazine derivatives of the general formula I, in which Y and Z represent radicals of the indicated formulae. The invented derivatives exhibit fibrinogen inhibition bond to a fibrinogen receptor and thy can be therefore used for treating thromboses, apoplexy, myocardial infarct, inflammations, arteriosclerosis and tumors. In the present invention there are also described processes for preparing the above-indicated derivatives as well as pharmaceutical preparations based thereon.
Deriváty piperazinu obecného vzorce I, kde Y a Z představují zbytky uvedených vzorců, inhibují vazbu fibrinogenu na receptor fibrinogenu a může se jich proto použít pro léčbu trombóz, apoplexie, srdečního infarktu, zánětů, arteriosklerózy a nádorů.
