Pharmaceutical preparation and use thereof

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation containing as an active substance one or several galacturonides with polymerization degree within the range of 2 to 7 and with esterification degree less than 20 percent, and optionally further containing pharmaceutically customary supporting, diluting, auxiliary and filling substances, as well as use of such preparation for blocking deposition of germs on mammalian cells. Vynález se týká farmaceutického prostředku, který jako účinnou látku obsahuje jeden nebo více galakturonidů se stupněm polymerace 2 až 7 a se stupněm esterifikace méně než 20 %, popřípadě spolu s farmaceuticky obvyklými nosnými, zřeďovacími, pomocnými a plnicími látkami, a použití těchto prostředků k blokování ukládání zárodků na savčích buňkách.ŕ
