Pharmaceutical preparation with diffusion-osmotic controlled release of medicament

In the present invention there is disclosed a pharmaceutical preparation with diffusion-osmotic controlled release of medicament and containing a single-layer tablet core and a polymeric film coating encompassing the core that contains a therapeutically effective agent and a hydrophilic polymer; or a two-layer tablet core and a polymeric film coating encompassing the core that contains an active agent and a hydrophilic polymer in the first layer thereof and a hydrophilic polymer in the second layer thereof; at least one hole performed in a portion of the polymeric film coating being in contact with the core or the core layer, containing the active agent, or containing one or several holes performed in a portion thereof being in contact with the second layer containing the hydrophilic polymer, which contains ammonium methacrylate copolymer as the polymeric film coating and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose as the hydrophilic polymer. The above-described pharmaceutical preparation is suitable for preparing tablets with controlled release of medicament.
