Cyclohexadiene derivatives, process of their preparation, their use and medicaments in which those compounds are comprised

In the present invention there are disclosed cyclohexadiene derivatives of the general formulae Ia and Ib, in which the symbols are as specified in the descriptive section. Process of their preparation proceeds in two steps. In the first step the compound of the general formula II is brought into reaction with the compound of the general formula III under formation of the compound of the general formula IV. In the second step the compound of the general formula IV is brought into reaction in an inert solvent, optionally in the presence of a base and in the presence of a water separating auxiliary agent, the formed isomers are split by chromatography or by crystallization and esters can be optionally subjected to hydrolysis and in case of need alkylation of acylation is carried out. The substituents in the general formulae II, III, and IV are as specified in the descriptive section. In the present invention there is also described a medicament containing the above indicated derivatives as well as use of those compounds.
