Process of improving solid, fine-grained, pasty and liquid residual and waste materials of gasification process

The proposed improvement process comprises the following steps: (a) preparation of a pasty-like mixture being carried out in two separated stages from pasty-like and liquid residual and waste materials, (b) preparation of a pasty-like mixture being carried out in two separated stages from solid fine-grained and liquid residual and waste materials, (c) preparation of a pasty-like mixture being carried out in two separated stages from fine-grained, pasty-like and liquid residual and waste materials, (d) preparation and intermediate storage of the pasty-like mixture from the residual and waste materials being carried out in at least two separated stages of the process, (e) an individual or joint supply of the pasty-like mixtures from the steps (a), (b) and (c) through at least one burner into a gasification reactor, (f) conversion of organic substances of the residual and waste materials through gasification medium from the most part to carbon monooxide and hydrogen, (g) melting mineral components of the solid fine-grained pasty-like and liquid residual and waste materials by partial oxidation of organic components at a temperature in the range of 1300 to 2000 degC.
