Derivatives of substituted alkenoic acid, process of their preparation, intermediates for this preparation process, therapeutical agent in which these compounds are comprised as well as their use

Substd. alkenoic acid derivs. of formula (I), their isomers and salts are new; where R1, R2 = H, 1-6C alkyl or benzyl. Pref., claimed are 4-(4-carboxyphenylthio)-7-(4-(4-phenoxy butoxy)phenyl)hept-5(Z)enoic acid and 4(S)-(4-carboxyphenylthio)-7-(4-(4-phenoxy butoxy)phenyl))hept-5(Z)enoic acid. In the present invention there are disclosed substituted alkenoic acids of the general formula I, in which Re1 and Re2 represent each either identical or different substituents representing hydrogen, an alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a benzyl group being optionally present in isomeric form and further salts derived from these compounds. In the present invention there are also claimed a process for preparing such derivatives and intermediates for this preparation process, further pharmaceutical preparation in which these derivatives are comprised as well as use of the derivatives for preparing allergic, inflammatory, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and renal diseases. Deriváty substituované alkenové kyseliny obecného vzorce I, ve kterém znamená: R.sup.1.n. a R.sup.2.n. stejné nebo rozdílné substituenty, které představují vodík, C.sub.1.n.-C.sub.6.n. alkylovou skupinu nebo benzylovou skupinu, popřípadě v izomerní formě a dále soli odvozené od těchto sloučenin. Způsob přípravy těchto derivátů a meziprodukty pro tento způsob. Farmaceutický prostředek obsahující tyto deriváty a použití těchto derivátů k přípravě uvedených léčivých prostředků pro léčení alergických, zánětových, kardiovaskulárních, cerebrovaskulárních a renálních onemocnění.ŕ
