PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A SOCK BY MAKING USE OF CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE

Způsob spočívá v uložení do paměti řídicí jednotky (U) informace označující, pro každou typologii a typ příze, kterou má být plocha ponožky provedena, dva páry hodnot, kterými jsou výška trojúhelníků tvorby oček a odpovídající šířka ponožky; v případě potřeby se uloží i specifická délka a odpovídající šířka ponožky, popřípadě výška trojúhelníků tvorby oček a odpovídající specifická délka ponožky. Dále se provede pro každou plochu ponožky volba šířky, typologie a typu příze podle určení řídicí jednotkou (U) a pro každou plochu ponožky volba výšky trojúhelníků tvorby oček podle rovnice (1), představující přímku, kde l je zvolená šířka ponožky, (h.sub.1.n., l.sub.1.n.) a (h.sub.2.n., l.sub.2.n.) jsou dva páry hodnot a h je výška trojúhelníků tvorby oček. Dále se provede měření počtu otáček a úhlové polohy válce, vyslání této informace do řídicí jednotky (U) a nakonec předávání povelů do krokových motorů (MR, MD) přes řídicí jednotku (U).ŕ A method is described for determining the size of the stitch loops in sock-production machines by means of a control unit involving the following stages: storing in the control unit (l1) information indicating, for each typology and type of yarn with which an area of the sock is to be made, two pairs of the following values: height of the stitch-formation triangles and corresponding width of the sock; if required, the specific length and corresponding width of the sock; if required, the height of the stitch-formation triangles and corresponding specific length of the sock; selecting, for each sock area, the width, typology and type of yarn accordingly determining, by means of the control unit, for each sock area, the height of the stitch-formation triangles by means of an equation representing a straight line; measuring the number of turns and the angular position of the cylinder; lastly, giving the commands to the step motors (MD,MR).
