Zusammenfassung:	The measuring wheel (1) with sensors (8) of longitudinal force, compression force (11) and revolutions (7) is fixed by means of a parallel link hitch (9) to the body work (13) of the car and is pushed towards the measured road surface by a linear hydraulic motor (10). The parallel link hitch (9) consists of a reference wheel (16) with sensor (25) of distance covered. Derived from the camshaft (17) of the drive aggregate (37) is the drive for the air compressor (19), which is connected to the pressure tank (20) equipped with pressure reducer valve (21) which controls the pressure difference required for expulsion of the required amount of spraying liquid from the storage tanks through a set of solenoid valves to the measured road surface.
