Zusammenfassung:	Cyclic peptide of formula (I), and its salts, is new, provided that at least 1 of the amino acids is substituted on the alpha -amino group by 1-18C alkyl or 7-18C aralkyl, cyclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-D-E) (I), D and E = optionally derivatised Gly, Ala, beta -alanine, Asn, Asp, aspartic acid( beta -ester), Arg, 3-cyclohexylalanine, Cys, Gln, Glu, His, Ile, Leu, Lys, N epsilon -Ac-lysine, N epsilon -amino-Ac-lysine, N epsilon -mercapto-Ac-lysine, Met, 3-(2-naphthyl)-alanine, norleucine, ornithine, Phe, 4-halogen-phenylalanine, homophenylalanine, phenylglycine, Pro, 3-(2-pyridyl)-alanine, Ser, Thr, 3-(2-thienyl)-alanine, tetrahydroisochinolin-3-carboxylic acid, Trp, Tyr or Val, Ac = 1-10C alkanoyl, 7-11C aroyl or 8-12C aralkanoyl, and chiral amino acids are in L or D form.
