The pole extensions (31, 41) are situated next to the upper permanent magnets (51, 61, 35), while the pole extensions (32, 42) are situated next to the lower permanent magnets (52, 62, 36). A push button (7) with a shaped working edge is built in between the pole extensions (31, 32 and 41, 42). The electromagnet (3, 4) pole extensions (31, 32, 41, 42) are arranged at the point corresponding to the beginning of the push button (7) skew working edge (72, 73), which is greater than the width of the pole extension (31, 32, 41, 42).
