Zusammenfassung:	In the present invention, there is disclosed a combined foodstuff containing natural phytochemical substances and intended for special nourishment, said foodstuff containing 0.4 to 99.4 percent by weight of cane molasses, 0.4 to 99.4 percent by weight of honey and 0.1 to 20 percent by weight of {beta}-glucan, or 20 to 99.8 percent by weight of cane molasses and 0.1 to 20 percent by weight of {beta}-glucan, or 20 to 99.8 percent by weight of honey and 0.1 to 20 percent by weight of {beta}-glucan, whereby it further contains 0.1 to 10 percent by weight of extractive substances of sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides), and/or 0.1 to 10 percent by weight of extractive substances of Siberian ginseng (Eleutheroccocus senticosus), and/or 0.1 to 10 percent by weight of extractive substances of common balm (Melissa officinalis), and/or 0.1 to 10 percent by weight of extractive substances of autumn gold gingko (Gingko biloba), and/or 0.1 to 10 percent by weight of extractive substances of Paullinia cupana (guarana) seeds, and/or 0.1 to 10 percent by weight of extractive substances of Cretan rocky rose (Cystus incanus ssp. tauricus).
