Zusammenfassung: | The invented process for producing aluminosilicate lining panels for both external and internal use is characterized by wet mixing 60 to 90 percent by volume of glass cullet with grain site ranging from 0.1 to 5 mm, 10 to 40 percent by volume of anhydrous ammonium alum and/or thermal decomposition products thereof, all with grain size in the range of 0.01 to 0.1 mm, 0 to 5 percent by volume of glass sand with grain size ranging from 0.2 to 0.3 mm, whereby in order to obtain moist mixture there is used water in an amount of 5 to 20 percent by weight, based on weight of dry starting materials. Subsequently the moist mixture is put into ceramic molds and mixture in the molds is heated to a processing temperature in the range of 1050 to 1200 degC. |
