Zusammenfassung: | In the present invention, there is disclosed a device for performing high-frequency volumetric-controlled artificial pulmonary ventilation, said device includes a mixing device (2) of pressurized oxygen and air connected to a pressure regulator valve (4), further connected to a humidifier and heater (6) of a breathing mixture, which is connected to a nozzle (7) of a ventilating unit (15) connected to a tracheal cannula (12), whereas the nozzle (7) orifices into a operation cavity (8), which is at one point connected at its longitudinal axis to an inlet of a controlled two-way on-off valve (9) and in an area behind the nozzle (7) mouth it is shouldered with a connecting piping (10), which has an outlet provided with the tracheal cannula (12). The outlet of the controlled two-way on-off valve (9) is connected to a controlled reducing valve (14), which orifices into air. The connecting piping (10) is provided perpendicularly to longitudinal axis of the operating cavity (8). Straight to the outlet of the connecting piping (10), there is connected a flow and pressure measuring instrument (11). The two-way on-off valve (9) is a membrane valve controlled by a generator (18) of pneumatic pulses. |
