Zusammenfassung: | A fat component of milk food for children and pregnant women containing 60 to 85 % by weight of milk fat, 10 to 35 % by weight of plant oil and 3 to 5 % by weight of fish oil, also containing fish oil fatty acids, sunflower oil and soybean oil where the weight percentage contains:16.39 to 22.28 of linoleic acid C 18:2n-6,linolenic acid C 18: 3n-3 in the quantity of 1.98 to 2.28,0.08 to 0.18 of arachidonoic acid C 20:4n-6,0.58 to 0.96 of eicosapentaenoic acid C 20:5n-3,0.38 to 0.63 of docosahexaenoic acid C 22:6n-3,0.02 to 0.04 of docosatetraenoic acid C 22:4n-6,0.10 to 0.15 of docosapentaenoic acid C 22:5n-3,0.05 to 0.10 of eicosatetraenoic acid C 20:4n-3 andthe remaining part of up to 100 % by weight consists of other fatty acids that are components of breast milk.The baby food contains 26 to 36 % by weight of a fat component; this fat component consists of 60 to 85 % by weight of milk fat, 10 to 35 % by weight of plant oil and 3 to 5 % by weight of fish oil. |
