Zusammenfassung:Mouse lymphocytic hybridoma deposited in the Collection of hybridomas in the Research Veterinary Institute in Brno under identification number E2/G2, producing the monoclonal antibody to herbicide 2,4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid and its esters which reacts highly selectively with the above-mentioned herbicide in competitive ELISA and so enables fast, economical, high-sensitive and specific detection. In addition to basic ELISA methods, the monoclonal antibody can be used also in other immunochemical formats and equipment, for example in immunoafinity applications or immunochemical biosensors.
