Zusammenfassung: | In the present invention there is disclosed a process for preparing moulded sorbents the fundamental component of which is formed by carbonaceous particles being formed during gasification process of crude oil and/or tar raw materials by partial oxidation and moulded by pelletization with hydrocarbon solvents, with porous structure of 80 to 95 percent, the total pore volume within the range of 2.5 to 5.2 cme3/g and specific surface ranging from 500 to 1400 me2/g. The preparation process is characterized in that carbon is subjected to peptization under addition of liquid components with surface tension higher than 0.04 Nme-1, such as water or aqueous solutions containing 0.5 to 30 percent by weight of salts, acids or alkalis in an amount ranging from 30 to 90 percent by weight in the peptized mixture at a temperature ranging from 10 to 120 degC under formation of a material of plastic or powder character, which material is further moulded and the formed particles are dried. |
