Zusammenfassung:A method of pouring and formation of arranged layer of catalyst particles or/and sorption materials with high density for heterogeneous chemical or physico-chemical processes, during which the flow of falling particles come into contact with a flow of inert gas, which flows tangentially in the direction plumb to the fall of particles in a mass ratio of gas and falling particles of 10 to 10,000, whereas the gas flows uniformly under pressure in a range of 50 to 250 kPa. The equipment for carrying out the described method includes a chute equipped on the bottom with a hole with diaphragm (1) and cyclone chamber (2) equipped with two nozzles (3), whereas the cyclone chamber is provided with a pressure chamber (4), located in which are the input holes of the nozzles and inside the cyclone chamber there is a concentric building-in (7), equipped with arched ribs (8).
