Zusammenfassung:	Substituted benzothiazolyl- and quinoxalyl-methoxyphenylacetic acid derivatives are prepared either by reaction of heterocyclylmethyl-halogen compounds with corresponding phenoxy compounds, either directly or with subsequent alkylation, or by reaction of the heterocyclylmethyl-halogen compound with phenoxy compounds and subsequent reaction with suitable Grignard compounds. The substituted benzothiazolyl- and quinoxalyl-methoxyphenylacetic acid derivatives can be employed as active compounds in medicaments.
