Zusammenfassung:The solution concerns a method of preparation of polyalkenyl-succinic anhydrides for ash-free dispersing agents and other additives for liquid fuels and lubricating oils. The solution consists in the fact that polyalkenes consisting of copolymers C3 to C10 of olefins containing from 1 to 15 percent by weight of inbuilt 1,3-butadiene in the mixture having the average number molecular weight of 500 to 1100 react with maleinan hydride in molecular ratio of 1.1 to 0.3 at a temperature of 180 to 270 degrees C.
