Zusammenfassung:The mixing device consists of a rotor, consisting of a shaft (4) made of stainless material, set with one end in an upper radial sleeve bearing (5) in an upper bearing bracket (15) and with its second end in a lower radial sleeve bearing (6) in a lower bearing bracket (11), where the second end terminates an axial sleeve bearing (10). The rotor is equipped with a short circuit armature (3) with reduced inner outer diameter, equipped with an anti-corrosion coating. The short circuit armature (3) is firmly mounted of the shaft (4). The stator consists of a stator winding (2), close connected with the frame (1). Between the armature (3) and the stator winding (2) there is a non-magnetic anti-corrosion cylindrical wall (19), with thickness equalling the reduction of the outer diameter of the armature (3). The wall (19) is sealed to the lower and the upper bearing bracket (11, 15), which are firmly connected with the frame (1), and in which there are outputs, or, respectively input sanitation necks (17), or respectively (7). Above the upper radial sleeve bearing (5) there is a tightly attached simple mechanical packing (14). The device can be used for chemical reactors, bioreactors, fermenters, and similar.
