Zusammenfassung:The principle of the solution consist in the fact that it is composed of a clamping plate (29) and a support plate (33), between which there is an upper chamber (28) connected by means of a connecting channel (27) with a lower chamber (23). The support plate (33) is arranged on a support mandrel (8) shiftably and non-revoltingly arranged on a carrying case (5) connected to a drive unit (13). The lower end of the support mandrel (8) is rotationally arranged by means of a bearing (30) and a support plate (31) on a lower membrane (6). The lower chamber (23) is connected also on an air pressure branch (43).
