The gist of the solution lies in the fact that the material that forms the surface layer of the valve shank is made up of nickel and carbon in the dispersion form, while the nickel content is from 95 to 99.9 percent by weight and the carbon content is from 0.1 to 5 percent by weight. The material according to the solution can be used with the valves that are intended to be used for combustion engines, possibly compressors and other machines. |
