BRIQUETTING PRESS

The briquetting press is designed for compressing metal splinters into the form of briquettes. The press consists of a box (1) into which linear hydraulic motors (9, 10) of pre-pressing device (2) are built. The pre-pressing device (2) contains a moveable latchet (14), whose loading chamber (11) is formed by walls of the pre-pressing device (2), the wall of the box (1) and by the front face of the moveable latchet (14). Repressing space (6) consists of a cavity of a pressing chamber (5) a front face of a left moveable pressing mandrel (7) and a right moveable pressing mandrel (8). The principle of the briquetting press consists in the fact that the pre-compression space (12) is formed by walls of a precompression chamber (3), a half-cylinder surface of a half-case (13), the front face of the moveable latchet (14), the front face of the left moveable pressing mandrel (7) and the front face of the right moveable pressing mandrel (8), while the cavity of the pressing chamber (5) is filled with the right moveable mandrel (8).
