Zusammenfassung: | The ribbed coating is made of a ribbed strip (1) for a device that consists of a roll bending system (3), a system (2) for guiding of the ribbed strip (1) and a moveable mechanism (7) with a wedge tool (6). The production method is realized in the way that the ribbed strip (1) is clamped by its edge in the clamp (4) of a driven drum of a roll bending system (3) and it is gradually wound on the drum. The wedge tool (6) is pushed by a relatively small force from the ribbed strip being always in the rest position between the upper parts of each neighbouring ribs (11). Also the bottoms of the spaces (12) between the ribs are formed during the pressing of the ribs (11) into the required precise cylindrical shape. In comparison to the previous state when either the wedge tool is not used or a calibrating machine, which is controlled by a heavy force, is used, we can achieve a precise cylindrical shape of the inner part of the ribbed coating, which ensures a high heat transfer from the rotor unit into the ribbed coating, by a simple device when using a small force. The size of the roll bent diameter of the ribbed coating can be continuously adjusted by the size of the pushing depth of the wedge tool. This production method and device for its application can be especially used in the production of ribbed frames of low-voltage electromotors. |
