The advantage of the solution is that each heat exchange pipe (8) passes through the inner screw building-in (11) and outer screw building-in (12), while the inner screw building-in (11) is connected with the inner cylinder (13) on its inside circumference and with the intermediate cylinder (14) on its outer circumference and the outer screw building-in (12) is connected with the closing cylinder (15) on its inside circumference and with the outer cylinder (16) on its outer circumference.
